Post-training Guided Meditation
Create some calm after the storm.

It's proven that both regular exercise and meditation are cognition, memory and mood boosters, but they are even more effective when combined. Post-training is a perfect time to meditate, because meditation activates the parasympathetic nervous system, which lessens the stress response provoked by a good intensive workout.

This option allows you to practice breath-focused meditation through a short 5 to 10 minutes guided session. Clear your thoughts, relax the body, and get more familiar with your own mind.
DISTANCE COACHING & ONLINE PROGRAMS
This plan is designed for those familiar with the technique of basic exercises and requires some previous training experience.
It starts with the introduction one-on-one in person session aimed to check-up your current fitness level, learn about your intentions, set proper goals and form your training schedule.
Customized
You get a detailed monthly workout program containing instructional notes and references on how to do each move in the program.
It is designed exclusively to meet your individual requirements.
Supervised
You get exclusive, direct access to your coach through a private chat within 30 minutes.
We check in with your progress as often as needed and work over any questions and concerns you might have along the way.
Time-flexible
You get an opportunity to train any time, anywhere, following your personal rhythm. Workouts can be done from home or at the office gym or even at the hotel room, having only 20-30 minutes to spare.
FUNCTIONAL FITNESS FOR BEGINNERS

Limited on time and have not much experience in sports or exercising, but still want to get in shape and develop a more active lifestyle? With this program, you will train two 60-minute sessions per week with an optional third session to improve certain skills or just boost your progress. This is a great place to start!

This program is based on functional movements and includes elements of gymnastics, bodybuilding and powerlifting, mixed into nice and fun workouts.

The program will be specifically designed according to your level of fitness, goals and desires. It is totally adaptable and meant to make you look, move, and feel better.
CROSSFIT FOR HEALTH AND HAPPINESS

Have already made efforts to do some fitness in the past, but still couldn't build a regular routine? No worries, that is a common problem. Some lack motivation, others simply get bored. None of those will be the case with this type of program. A rich variety of multi-joint movements, movement combinations and exercise protocols organized into a personalized training plan will not just lead you to your best shape ever, but will also bring tons of fun in the process!

You will train 3 days a week with optional active recovery work on one of the "off" days. Each session is a tightly packed 60 minutes of work towards your better health, mentality and fitness.
ADVANCED CROSSFIT

90 minutes per session
4 sessions per week
+ 1 recommended active recovery day

You exercise enthusiastically and are ready to invest more time and effort into training at a higher level and maybe realize your competitive ambitions. You will train 4 days per week and perform active recovery work on one of the "off" days. Each training will consist of a 90-minute session of work towards the best you possible. This is a great opportunity to learn what your mind and body are capable of achieving.

Hi! My name is Yana, and I am a certified CrossFit L-2 Trainer and AFPA Sports Nutritionist.

I love what I do and I am extremely driven by other people's progress. A new skill or a new personal record or a significant improvement in a movement technique or any other goal achieved by one of my trainees make me happy the most.

When a person gets his/her first unbroken set of kipping handstand push-ups after a couple of skill-oriented sessions, or when a person easily goes through a workout that seemed impossible for them just a couple of months ago, I'm happy, proud and grateful.

Grateful for people's trust and for the opportunity to guide them in achieving their goals.

    I have known Yana for a long time and have been training with her both in a group and personally. When I decided to improve my squat, I immediately contacted Yana since I know that she approaches the training process very seriously, writes excellent programs and, maybe most importantly, does not give indulgences when she sees that I can do more/better/faster. This is a great trait in a trainer should you need results. The workout program was ready in a week, unlike anything else, written exactly according to my request. It was hard, but the results were worth it.
    At the beginning of 2022 year I injured my forearm and could not perform about 70% of classical exercises. I asked Yana to create me a program in the light of my injury, which I could use on my own. Such a request was also no problem – Yana explained every training day in great detail, included video with examples, showed me technique of each exercise and was always available for advice and corrections. I exercised on my own, then sent her videos and always got helpful feedback.
    Yana is a wonderful person and trainer with great experience and specialized education. My highest recommendations.

    I came to train with Yana in March 2021. I am an amateur football player, but my fitness did not allow me to run as fast and as long as I wanted to.
    Yana never promised the impossible. She didn't say that with her I would lose 10 pounds in two months or that I would get six pack from working out once or twice a week. If I had any expectations regarding my body, Yana would honestly tell me what I needed to do for it, and I decided for myself whether I was ready to put that much effort into it or not.
    After a few months since we started, everyone on my team noticed changes in my speed and endurance. Playing football has become much more enjoyable.
    In general, I've become more active than I used to be, and I feel healthier.
    The non-obvious benefits are that my headaches have stopped! It seems that the right muscles in my back have pumped up and I have forgotten about the spasms in the collar zone.
    Training with Yana is always interesting and varied. Yana is a moderately strict trainer, she can clearly see whether I really can't push any harder or I am just being lazy.
    In conclusion, I see no point in stopping our trainings.

    Initially I came to Yana to correct my technique in basic strength and functional exercises, which I wanted to include in my training program. For example, after an injury I was struggling with restoring the correct squatting pattern, and thanks to Yana I managed to do it and consolidate the result in just a few sessions.
    Subsequently, we switched to regular micro cycles of several weeks, during which I'm discovering different training protocols and new ways to achieve sports results, although before I was more accustomed to just typical lifters workouts.
    Before starting the cycles, we always discuss the goals, progressions, and structure of the classes. Then Yana guides, coordinates, keeps me focused and always leads me to the desired results.
